This ski-in resort is less than 200 yards from the Bridger Gondola. The resort has 11 lifts, 120 runs, 2,500 acres of in-bound ski terrain, and more than 3,000 backcountry acres. Trails are 10 percent beginner, 40 percent intermediate, and 50 percent advanced; snowboarding is permitted. Skiers can experience one of the longest, steepest continuous vertical drops of any ski area in North America: from 10,450 feet to 6,311 feet. Ski rentals are available on site at the hotel.
A five-minute walk from the resort, the Saddlehorn Activity Center offers cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and dog sledding.
The Snow King Ski & Summer Resort, 12 miles away, provides 400 acres of skiable terrain accessible by five lifts. The resort also has a tubing park and a snowboard park with halfpipe. Twelve ski lifts are in the surrounding area, and 116 ski runs are nearby.
Teton Pines, five miles away, has a championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. The Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club, 13 miles from the resort, includes a top-ranked course redesigned by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.
The concierge can arrange Snake River fly fishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, tandem paragliding, balloon rides, and other outdoor adventures. Grand Teton National Park is one mile away.
